2. What data we collect

• Project enquiry form: name, email address, brand/company name (optional), selected service, and the project details you provide.
• Newsletter sign-up: email address only.
• Checkout: full name, email address, billing address (street, city, postal code, country), and VAT/tax ID if provided for invoicing. No payment card data is transmitted to or stored by The Lifestyle Copywriter — the checkout runs in test/mock mode and does not process real payments.
• Automatically, via analytics (only after cookie consent): standard web-analytics data (pages visited, approximate location by country/region, device/browser type) via Google Analytics 4.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

• Responding to project enquiries and delivering purchased services — legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by subscribing; withdrawable at any time.
• Site analytics — legal basis: your consent via the cookie-consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); analytics scripts do not load until consent is given.

4. Data retention

Enquiry and order data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal and tax obligations under Spanish law (invoicing/accounting records are generally kept for the statutory period required by Spanish tax law). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
