1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of copywriting packages and bespoke copywriting services from The Lifestyle Copywriter (Carrer del Nil 22, 8, Nou Barris, 08031 Barcelona, Spain) via thelifestylecopywriter.com.

2. Services

The Lifestyle Copywriter provides copywriting services for lifestyle brands, sold either as fixed-scope packages (website copy, landing/sales pages, email sequences, brand voice guides, product descriptions, blog/SEO content — each with a defined scope shown on its service page) or as bespoke, quoted work for scopes outside the standard packages.

3. Ordering and checkout

Fixed-scope packages are ordered by adding them to the cart and completing checkout. An order is confirmed once checkout is complete and an order reference is issued. Bespoke work is agreed by written scope and price confirmation before any work begins.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (Spanish IVA) as calculated and shown at checkout. Payment for fixed-scope packages is taken at checkout. For bespoke projects, payment terms (including any deposit) are confirmed in writing before work begins.

5. Delivery and revisions

Delivery timelines are confirmed at project kickoff and vary by scope. Every package includes one structured revision round on the delivered draft. Requests beyond the agreed scope (new pages, additional emails or articles, a materially different brief) are treated as a scope change and quoted separately.

6. Intellectual property

Full rights to the delivered copy transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, delivered drafts remain the property of The Lifestyle Copywriter and may not be published or used commercially. The Lifestyle Copywriter may reference completed projects in its own portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing (an NDA can be signed on request).

7. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate brand information, timely feedback during the revision round, and any materials (brand guidelines, product specs, images) needed to complete the brief. Delays in providing this information may affect the delivery timeline.

8. Cancellations

9. Limitation of liability

The Lifestyle Copywriter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered copy (for example, marketing performance or sales results), which depend on factors outside the scope of a copywriting engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction available to you as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
